Payment Policy:
Kathy’s Dog Walking Service accepts all major credit cards and payments thru Paypal.

Pet Sitting: Payments are due in-full by the first day of service.

Daily Dog Walking: Payments are due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. There will be a $25 late fee applied if received after 7 days.

Cancellation Policy: 
Pet Sitting: Kathy’s Dog Walking Service has a 72 hour cancellation policy. If a cancellation is given with less than 72 hour notice then there will be a 25% surcharge.

Daily Dog Walking: Kathy’s Dog Walking Service has a 24- hour cancellation policy. Please notify us of a cancellation with at least 24 hours notice or the full service fee will be applied.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.  We may update the privacy policy from time to time without notice. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our Policy page and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

The Information We Collect:
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on Kathy LOVES Pets, LLC  online software program, Power Pet Sitter. The types of personal information collected are:

• Address
• Email address
• Phone number
• Credit/Debit Card Information
• (etc.)

 

The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself only to provide our dog walking and pet sitting service to you.

We offer gift–cards for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift–card is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.

We use email addresses for the purpose of transferring information to and from the client and walkers/pet sitters as well as newsletters from Kathy LOVES Pets, LLC and it’s marketing partners.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out.
